Dinner On A Platter



Hello, long lost sometimes blogger over here. I have done so much thinking about this little space of mine and what I love to do. And in a nutshell I love sharing mom hacks and life tricks that just make this mom gig a little easier, a lot more successful and reminders on how to bring joy into every day moments.


So be prepared to see more posts on just easy peasy every day things that hopefully are as helpful to you as they are to me.


Now onto these dinner hacks. One of the things I love the most about summer is how is meal time is. Fruit platters with yogurt and honey for breakfast, make your own sandwiches for lunch, and my famous dinners on a platter. Sometimes even just a cheese platter is the perfect dinner. Here is a little inspiration for dinners during this busy back to school time when the weather is not quite Fall but Summer is behind us too.



Plant Based Greek Platter Drizzled in Olive Oil

(a side of white rice would be awesome for this!)


Love this for grilled steak, and veggies for tacos.


Roasted Chicken, Veggies and potatoes from a sheet pant to a cutting board!


Leftover Salad Nicoise (awesome for lunch or dinner!)



Deconstructed Salmon Cobb Salad (adding this to my menu next week!)


Harvest Charcuterie Board, I'd add a big arugula salad on the side of this!


Love the idea of adding chicken salad or wild salmon salad in a bowl on the board!


Hummus is a great way to add protein, served here with pita bread, veggies and tabouli.


Wedge Salad Board is PERFECTION. Imagine this with grilled chicken breasts or salmon!




These Ham Rolls look like my girls dream! I would slice up roasted turkey or chicken for this an serve just like this!



Love these for game night or any night actually. I would add homemade roasted sweet potatoes!



And of course simply a cheese board always works for us!


Hopefully this inspires you to create some pretty, easy and yummy dinners!
