A couple times a week I treat myself to a face mask and a long detox soak (3 cups of epsom salt + 1/4 cup of baking soda + lavender oil). It's like my self care treat to myself, especially during the busiest or most stressful weeks. There aren't many things that I treat myself to every week but these things are non-negotiables, it help me keep it together in the most stressful times and it's also incredible for my body/skin.
