Fall Meals We Are Loving






Happy Sunday!


Halloween is this week, THIS week guys... holy crap!


Sheesh, this always happens way too fast. Fall is here in full force. And I am in the midst of changing out some things in our home to create a cozier Fall/Winter feel. I swapped the cover of some existing throw pillows we had with these throw pillow covers. I just ordered this fur throw to add to the end of our sofa, and loving these blankets for the girls to add to the foot of the girls bed (with their Christmas Sheets from last year, these are so cute!!)


I also got this tray for our island, it's holding snacks in these canisters, these beautiful bowls and a squash! It looks and feels very Fall'ish without having to be decorations. And I know I will use all of it in the next seasons to come.


I also have been diffusing all the cinnamon bark, orange and vanilla (sometimes adding a little citrus fresh in the morning times). I use to love candles but with all of the junk in them, I made the switch to diffusing oils and have never looked back. I still get the yummy seasonal smells but with healthy benefits!

I am also making a switch in all of the types of meals I am making. Slow cooking or roasting with dried herbs and yummy seasonal root veggies has been just the grounding food my body needs. Here are some meals I have made or have planned for the the next couple months.
